Frederic S. Pouyot - President and Chief Executive Officer

Founder of GPEKS Constructions Inc, Frederic Pouyot has been leading GPEKS in the current strategic position. Under his leadership, GPEKS has developed into a world leader in Clean Energy Education and is currently well positioned to become a world leader as a Clean Energy Utility. Frederic Pouyot received his post secondary education in Business and Renewable Energy in France, and has worked in the field in Europe before moving to Canada in 1988. Mary P. Hough - V.P. of Operations, Chief Financial Officer

Co-founder of GPEKS Constructions Inc., Mary Piper Hough has been instrumental to the development of GPEKS Constructions Inc. She has over 20 years' experience in operations management, significant experience in finance and accounting, and her expertise in Art Conservation along with her Masters in Conservation are invaluable to ensure GPEKS grows in a harmonious way, with no "cracks  or loose ends. Having spent most of her life in progressive California, Mary Piper Hough influences GPEKS undertaking with her American Californian spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, while showing conservative wisdom and risk management. 

Associates & Contractors

 As GPEKS operates essentially on a project base, most of  collaborators are hired on a project by project base. We typically maintain a core team of 6 people, but it is not unusual for us to have 15 or more people involved on various projects for us.

Robin Wentzel - Course Facilitation & Project Consulting

Robin has a MSc. in Environmental Management, with 15+ years experience in renewable energy, including environmental assessments and renewable energy project feasibility analyses. His broad experience includes research and development, standards testing, program and protocol development, contract and project management. He has been working with GPEKS on commercial and utility scale grid-connected PV project.

Dr. J. Roy Joseph - Project Management

Joseph is an engineer and management professional with over 25 years experience in strategic planning; business planning; change management; stakeholder management and management of large and complex projects in Canada and leading international organizations. Roy is actively involved in initiatives that promote a cleaner and healthier environment in Canada.

Maureen Morton - Business Development

Maureen is finishing a University  of Ottawa Commerce degree with electives in Geomatics and analytical mapping, has a Certificate in Business Administration, and training in Executive Development, Project Management, Competitive Intelligence,  High Technology Marketing, Strategy Implementation. Maureen in involved in business devlopment and project assistance for Solar Photovoltaic.

Daniel Bolinu - Energy Engineering

Daniel Bolinu has over 15 years' experience in energy projects. Daniel Bolinu has received his Energy Engineering education in Romania, and has worked for the Canadian Federal Government Department (Natural Resources Canada) for 4 years before joining GPEKS Constructions. Daniel Bolinu brings tremendous and valuable experience to GPEKS Constructions Energy Projects in Canada and internationally. Sarah H. Dehler - Communictions

Sarah is a communications professional with more than 13 years of experience in product and service marketing, corporate communications, event management and public relations within business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. She is a creative problem-solver with an ability to plan and execute innovative,
brand-building communications campaigns in early-adopter markets. She has demonstrated strengths in strategy
development, detail-oriented project management, consensus-building, volunteer management, budget management, and writing for a variety of media. She is adept at ensuring communications programs are compelling, consistent and aligned with organizational objectives.

Chris MacAulay - Curriculum Developement

Chris is an experienced educator with a broad range of experience working with groups as well as individuals. He constantly strives to further his own education. He is adept at communicating with management, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate overall learning efforts. He has a Bachelor of Arts from University College of Cape Breton as well as a Masters of Education from Memorial University of Newfoundland where he graduated Summa Cume Laude.

Diane Villemure - IT 

Diane has been working on the maintenance of the web sites, databases, PHP scripts, curriculum development abd many other areas as needed.

Andrew Carter - Operations Engineer

Andrew has been working on the maintenance of the web sites, databases, PHP scripts, and has been involved with consulting projects
