Project Summary

  • Solar Photovoltaic Systems at Becker Middle School

    Location: Las Vegas, United States
    This study analysed significant factors affecting the feasibility of implementing a solar photovoltaic system at Ernest Becker Middle School, in Las Vegas, Nevada.  The PV facility would be utilized to provide electricity to the school  for two purposes: 1) support the Nevada state requirement of 20% of electricity provided by renewable energy, and 2) create an educational opportunity for the science and math instruction of the students.
